How To: eConsent

Please watch this short video on how to eSign your Initial Disclosures

Step 1:

You will receive an email from Jake Raible regarding a request for E-Consent. Click on the link that says "Click here to visit the website"

Step 2:

Create your account.

Enter the subject property number, your name, and create a password

​

Step 3:

You will receive a second email from efolder@ellimae.com with the subject "WebCenter Account Activation Request". Follow the instructions to activate your account.

Step 5:

Click on the email to activate the account.

​

Step 6:

Click on eSign, review the document, then click 'I Agree'.

​

Step 7:

When prompted, enter an authorization code. Which is the last four numbers of your social security number.

​

Step 8:

Select the signature you will use when signing your eDisclosures.

​

Step 9:

Review the disclosures and sign where required.

​

Step 10:

Once the Initial Disclosures have been eSigned by all parties Princeton will be notified.

​

Step 11:

Next, you will be asked to authorize the release of your Social Security number. Click on 'Print' to review and sign the document.

​

Step 12:

After signing you can either upload the document or you can fax the document to Princeton Mortgage. Please make sure to use the fax cover letter provided if you choose to fax your document.
