Let me ask you a question: what makes your company unique? Is it the culture? Is it the fact that you can work from the comfort of your bedroom, wearing sweatpants, and still make boss moves on a daily basis? Sure, that’s cool. Maybe it’s your boss who you can count on to have at least two major, privately-hilarious, angry outbursts a week in the presence of the company? Sure, that’s fun too. There’s countless things that can make a company unique, and you can probably think of three or four of them right off the bat when asked that question.
Many people at Princeton Mortgage would tell you it’s the culture. It’s the CEO – what an awesome guy. It’s the values and principles they hold dear. But honestly, I think it’s something different. I think what sets Princeton Mortgage apart, is the people. The people at Princeton Mortgage are unique and engaging, and the goal here at Effortless Conversations is to give you a chance to get to know some of these awesome people.
Princeton is full of go-getters, hustlers, jacks-of-all-trades, computer people, people-people, enneagram ones through nines and just about every classification you can think of under the sun; but they all share one common trait – they’re players.

This week on the Effortless Conversations Podcast, our guest is Olivia Keenan. When I talk about a winner, a hustler, a player – Olivia is the perfect example. Olivia’s official title in the company is People Operations Partner (“Pop” as she’ll likely remind you, because she loves that), and she is an all around a total boss.
